I’m the Founder of Good Routines Matter and I help people define, create, and implement healthy routines incorporating body, community, and self-care to help them get healthier and feel better using mindset movement and maybe even cannabis.

Location: Zoom, your home, or a mutually agreed upon location (including local coffee shops, Strawberry Acres, Side Cut, both Toledo MetroParks, and other locations in the Toledo, Ohio area).

This package is perfect for those who are in the second half of life and want to be healthier than ever before.
Together, we’ll analyze where you are with your daily routine (or develop one if you’re not quite there yet) and define where you’d like to set some goals and incorporate new things into this chapter of your life.
Please note, if you’re not ready to commit to 3 sessions, you can certainly start with 1 session for $89.
This unique coaching experience includes:

During our first session, we’ll discuss your goals and what role you hope routines will play in your life moving forward.
From fitness to health and beyond, we’ll get to the heart of what you want out of your life at this moment and those to come.
And we’ll chart a course to help you take consistent steps to get there without confusion or overwhelm.

During this session, we’ll go over your Personalized Strategy and Suggestion Guide (a customized guide based on your Personalized Consultation).
This will include potential changes to your existing routines so you can reach the goals we discussed.

In this final session, we’re following up and checking all of our boxes.
We’ll go over all of your progress, explore potential hurdles to your progress moving forward, and discuss any changes you’d like to implement as you move on to life beyond our time together.
So you can leave these sessions feeling empowered to keep the change you’ve created and the routines you’ve fostered going for the long haul.
Healthy Cannabis Routine Coaching
3 Session Package
45-60 minutes per session

The Healthy Cannabis Routine Coaching Package is a set of three coaching sessions where we’ll collaborate on developing a cannabis routine that aligns with your personal health and wellness goals.
Please note, if you’re not ready to commit to 3 sessions, you can certainly start with 1 session for $89.
This unique coaching experience includes:

During our initial meeting, we’ll explore your goals for cannabis use, provide answers to any questions you may have, and explore any preferences you may have regarding your methods of intake or types of cannabinoids.

During your strategy session, you’ll receive a Personalized Dosing and Strategy Guide.
This guide contains personalized recommendations of products and intake methods that may help you achieve the goals we’ve discussed.
We also discuss the contents of the guide so you have a practical understanding of what’s being discussed and how to obtain the suggested products to begin your cannabis regimen.
Since it’s vital to track your dosing, you’ll also receive a Dosage Tracking Chart to identify the dosing and combination that ultimately provides you with the results you’re seeking.

In our final session, we’ll review your progress and explore whether any adjustments to your regimen should be implemented.
You’ll also receive a helpful Cannabis Medicine Reference Chart that provides insight into the healing properties of specific cannabinoids.
And of course, we’ll discuss your plans for life beyond our coaching time together.
Cannabis 101: Individual & Group Sessions
60-90 minutes

Individual Sessions
Are you ready to set yourself up for success when it comes to your cannabis consumption?
1:1 coaching sessions are designed to empower you with the knowledge you need to understand how cannabis works in your body and how to use it to achieve its most bountiful benefits.
From managing pain and enhancing your mood to dealing with sleep issues, cannabis can address a variety of challenges you’re facing.
But when we connect, you’ll be empowered to take your health into your own hands — from the cannabinoids to try, to layering, dosing, and exploring consumption methods.
Whether you want to help a loved one, equip yourself with knowledge, or enhance your recreational use, you can benefit from this 1:1 session.
After the session, you’ll have a better understanding of how to achieve the best results possible when using cannabis intentionally to target an illness or achieve a specific personal wellness goal.
Group Sessions
Designed to support caregivers and family members looking for information to assist them in making decisions for loved ones — it’s the same as individual sessions but in a group setting.
This allows participants to get all of their questions answered and concerns addressed in a single convenient session.
For added convenience, the session can be scheduled in a way that allows out-of-town participants to attend virtually while others attend in person.

Absolutely. Your health will continue to decline as you age.

For example, Sarcopenia is the age-related loss of strength and muscle mass.
As we age, our body naturally loses muscle mass starting in our 30’s.
We consistently lose muscle mass every decade beyond that and then we walk and move slower.
Getting a head start on planning for your golden years and beyond is a fantastic way to ensure you're not just getting by but truly thriving.
